Reddit shows identical complaints from the past 10 years!
- Lowest fare per Momondo
- After checking out at ChrapFareMart, got a call within 10 minutes telling me the fare is not available.
- Tried to talk me into changing flight dates over the phone. In hindsight, they were clearly just looking for the closest in fare and date while you are on hold.
- Offered me an 1 stop instead of my original for more. When I complained, they miraculously was able to offer me a $500 discount. I took the bait!
- I then realized the same itinerary can be booked directly with the carrier for 15% less! When I asked CFM to cancel, they asked for a cancellation fee, claiming the "24 hour" policy didn't apply due to the "change".
- Luckily, the original purchase amount was large enough to trigger a fraud alert, so my original credit card charge never went through.
Definitely stay away!
