Incy Wincy - good analysis - I was going to say the same thing - but I've PMed Karen and asked her to look at this thread and comment quickly before we assume and discuss things that may be way off base - and I agree totally that not giving points for bar and restaurant is a big disincentive for people to actually use those places - especially given that many (if not most) hotel restaurants aren't typically a good value (price / quality) anyways.
