Yes, all was well in the end. We received both the THC benefits as well as full elite benefits and ENCs/points after the stay.

FWIW, we also came back for a one night stay later and received breakfast in the restaurant even without THC - they had not specifically mentioned how breakfast worked at check in so we weren't sure, but came up to the restaurant hostess and was let in without any issue.
