I'd be looking up north, personally. Not particularly nice but not paying $700 for downtown Seattle?

(Unfortunately only AS serves PAE, not UA.)

There is also some stuff away from the airport south of Seattle towards the lake that is cheaper. My goal would be just get a room and order off some delivery app for dinner, the aesthetic won't be great but this is just an overnight room so you're not risking missing the ship departure.
