I've had a couple of flights on which the purser made an announcement that the row 12 lavs are for business and that economy passengers should go to row 37 or the rear. There is a sheer curtain they can put out separating row 20 from the lavs there.
As someone who frequently takes the last row in biz, that curtain never stops PP pax from coming to use that lav. It's part of what makes the 764 a horrific config in Polaris. Basically 55+ people sharing 2 lavs.
