Yep- strange indeed. But in 2026 all partner and Oneworld airline tickets purchased direct from their websites will earn miles. I see no reason why Philippine Airlines would be excluded from this. Philippine Airlines tickets purchased direct from Alaskaair.com will earn at least 100% .

I have not seen any data points from flyers who have had their flights credited yet.
