I think the phone agents have gotten worse over the course of the last year. I get the HUCA mantra on this forum, but honestly, I never found the need for that until recently. I mean, my last interaction, I had to literally bite my tongue before I pulled a "stop talking to me like I'm a third grader, I've had status on this dumpster fire from the Northwest days."
