whereas I am frequently thanked for my status; frequently mentioned when I am 10 feet down the skybridge; it seems to be an afterthought. No big deal.
My disappointing experience has been with customer service.
Have recently written in reference to a complaint and the response was so generic that I was embarrassed for Delta. It didn't even address the issue. Several emails back and forth and still not address.
In the meantime, keep receiving an e-mail from Delta asking for feedback with customer service. Whereas I was sorely disappointed, I do not want to be responsible for someone's employment.
