I haven’t seen a decline and I’m thanked as a DM each time… I’ve had a couple of exceptions made this past year which cost DL next to nothing while making my life better.

FAs still thank me, but I seem to also connect with many in a genuine (professional) way.

Im not sure there’s an actual “diamond desk,” especially when things go sideways. So it doesn’t surprise me that an agent isn’t “helpful” when there are widespread disruptions.
