To provide an update on this, a refueling truck collided with the aircraft, causing an indefinite delay. Business Class passengers were sent back to the terminal with a £20 voucher. No access to the lounge was offered. Economy Class passengers got £10.
1903 lounge was poor last week as it was packed and the area roped off for emirates was outside the main lounge so I ignored and went to main lounge - aspire lounge is next to the gate but didn’t go in that
