The sliding doors and low water pressure are too bad. But I am one of those who prefers a freezing cold room, and it's pretty rare to be able to use the Platinum breakfast amenity for in-room dining (which I enjoy) -- so it's great to hear about those features. I think I'll check it out one of these days if I can get the NUA to clear.
No problem - glad I could help! I officially did not get upgraded for my stay tomorrow night, so I can report back on if I find the same things in the base room as well. I'm assuming they didn't want to upgrade me again in the span of less than a week, which is fair.
