You earn MQDs based on who the marketing carrier is, the flight distance, and the fare code. I'm note sure where the miles come from that you have listed.

So the VN business ticket will earn 20% MQD * 5462 miles = 1092 MQD
AF is either 30 or 40% depending on whether it's discounted. So, assuming it is discounted, 30% MQD * 5462 = 1639 MQD.

You'd earn more MQD for less spend on AF.

CDG-DAL 30% * 4299 miles = 1290 MQD on AF vs $4630 MQD on DL.
