Pretty much 3x the Hualuxe for the Regent on the Bund. Not worth it in my opinion.

£9 for 5k points seems to be a no brainer to me. Without doing the maths, far cheaper than buying at a 100% bonus?
Suggest doing some research, I don't have first hand experience but recent reviews (there don't seem to be that many in English to start with) seem to refer to maintenance and cleanliness issues.
