I agree to stand your ground! It was my first time with the ice cream and while the attendant was very senior and efficient she was also very severe and basically instructed me. I assume spoons mean weight and noise and more cleaning but...it's dessert and the tiny spoon definitely was messy and an odd flat note to the experience.
