Warm salted nuts and drink arrived with plenty of time to enjoy. The nuts are 70% almonds but the cashews and walnuts were soft and delicious. The attendant noticed I finished my drink and gave me a refresh with dinner automatically.

Got to try the fantastic short ribs and...fantastic. I would just call it pot roast and would prefer carrots and onions over the very rich Mac and cheese but lived up to the hype.

Non pre order options were chicken or rice bowls. My pre order was great- a little wilted arugula but the oil and balsamic mix with salt and pepper was a great salad along with the quinoa celery radish side. Roll also very soft and nice bite to it.

Dessert was choice of cheesecake or dulce de leche ice cream (plastic spoon in the top), no cookie after.
