Flew AA4 from LAX to JFK yesterday afternoon in business.

PDB check, hot towel check, warmed nuts and drinks check.

The appetizer of burrata and artichoke was very fresh and delicious, had balsamic glaze around it. I could eat it everyday. The baby spinach salad came with two options of dressing - the classic oil & balsamic vinegar in a little vial or a creamy citrus dressing that they FA poured on top, which was delicious and I dipped the warmed rolls with it. The letdown was the grilled sea bass - this version with the creamy sauce isn't as good as the macadamia crusted version (my go to meal on AA). Sundae was good. Good service throughout and the FA checked on passengers regularly for drinks etc. Slept through the cookies.
