I’ve stayed here a few times over the years, but not for a while.
it was nice to see the shower had been refreshed as the old shower heads were long past their prime.

No complaints, but an odd one at check in.
I have the My Way set to points as I know breakfast would be rushed, so wasn’t going to bother, and get something at T2 before the flight.
I said I’d take the points, to be told I couldn’t have the bonus points on a redemption, and I could have breakfast.
I’m not arguing, as I was upgraded to the sofa queen from queen, and I’d take a rushed breakfast.

Turns out I did get the points, and managed a small breakfast.

Definitely would stay here again, just wish Hatton Cross Underground Station had an escalator!
