Mine have been consistently appearing at the 30 day mark. The last two are for late August. Both have a domestic and international segment. PP were applied and the international segments have cleared. One is paid and one is miles.
OK, my updated conclusion is that it is now two things:
- instrument supported upgrades only
- 30 days out is the trigger showing up
My SFO-EWR-SFO was in play much earlier in the roll out of this, which is how I'm explaining away both sectors showing up on the same day (which was also well inside the 30 day mark).
My quick test was to apply PP and then remove them on domestic short hauls that are within and beyond 30 days, and the above appeared to hold.
Note that this was not a carefully thought through scientific experiment.
