Same here. I’ve had to submit a request over half the time now and it’s getting really old. If it doesn’t post in 3-4 days it won’t. I give it a week before submitting a request now. Crappy thing is we have a stay 2 days before we leave for Asia which will put me at titanium. Odds are it won’t credit in time to matter. I’ll probably have to have a mattress run earlier to make sure there’s no issues.
