Happy Friday everyone. Another one reporting a quiet week. Back from our lovely trip ‘Up North’ in Yorkshire followed by a weekend in Derbyshire where I met my brother who has managed to get away from the doctors in Spain and to come over for a week to see family. We also managed to see the ancestral home which is nowadays run by a very very very distant cousin. That side of the family we can trace back to around the year 1100. The marvels of modern genealogical tracing!

Garden got a bit sun blasted with the heat wave whilst we were away so the job now is to water and help everything recover. BA or bust most junior is back this weekend and taking his girlfriend to RIAT. Yours truly is a tad jealous, I love a good airshow!
