That might be one reason, but (as mentioned in earlier post), I bet the revenue people think it will stimulate buy-ups. For example, if one sees they’re number 4 with 3 seats left 2 weeks out, he/she might cough up $ for the upgrade/upfare.
Having now experienced it and no buy up offer was provided, guessing IT failed on delivering this feature to the RM folks?
