Don't know if this will help you, but I was having issues with KrogerPay when they would ask for a license. Apparently, the KrogerPay FreshValues account is in the wife's name. Her license works, mine does not. Also, it seems to be somewhat employee dependent. Some of them don't know the correct way to key in the DL#. Hope this is helpful.
