The Tier Miles for a flight taken on 1 July 2024 will expire after a year; so when you add Tier Miles for a flight taken on 1 July 2025, the tier miles for the flight taken on 1 July 2024 will already be gone.
If getting to Gold for you requires the Tier miles earned on a flight taken on 1 July 2024 AND ALSO Tier Miles earned from a flight to be taken on 1 July 2025, then I don't think that will work - they are more than a year apart (not "within 12 months")

Do you actually just need the Tier Miles? (In case you didn't know, and in case you haven't already done so, as a Silver member you can buy up to 2,000 Tier Miles during your membership year, though perhaps this isn't enough) Or do you actually also need to have an extra A3 flight (to bring your Gold qualification threshold down from 70,000 Tier Miles to 24,000 Tier Miles when you have had 4 A3/OA flights included)?
