In your account - in your "activity" what shows up? This is the listing of all earned points for your account - hotel stays, uber rides, credit card awards, etc. For this specific stay, if i'm following correctly, you see the hotel stay / folio posted, 1500 points for housekeeping, but zero base points? Is that correct? Or do you mean there is a discrepancy between what is showing you earned (and is correct) vs. what is shown on your total points balance?
Because I'm new to Bonvoy, it's easy for me to see this. I have two activity line items:
- Bonus (foregoing housekeeping) - 1,500 points earned
- 5 night stay - 1,740 points earned
My total points though shows only, 1,500 and my nights as 5. My expectation is that my total points would show as 3,240 (1,500+1,740)
Since both bonus points and nights posted quickly, I assumed the stay points would too. I do have a final bill and it says it may take up to 7 days. That's today. No big deal, but being new to the program and likely to stay at this property a few more times this year, just thought I'd keep an eye on things and check in with those here who are more experienced.
