These posted to my account with 24 hours of check out. 1-2 days later the stay itself posted to my account but not the points. My nights increased accordingly, but the points for the stay have still not hit my account 6 days after checking out. I can see the total points for the stay in the activity line item (about 1800), but they have not actually posted to the total points balance. Is this normal?
In your account - in your "activity" what shows up? This is the listing of all earned points for your account - hotel stays, uber rides, credit card awards, etc. For this specific stay, if i'm following correctly, you see the hotel stay / folio posted, 1500 points for housekeeping, but zero base points? Is that correct? Or do you mean there is a discrepancy between what is showing you earned (and is correct) vs. what is shown on your total points balance?
