You should Try a $5 redemption and see if it gives it to you.

I just looked at the SYW app. The Bath and Body works doesn't display the bonus when I click it either and I also got the email promoting it.

I see after posting that it's working for others as well.

Eventually I'll have drained all the points and be left with a small bonus amount expiring in 10 days.
