This seems to be offered on and off - depending on the season, and depending on the origin/ destination.

Just prior to covid, I believe you book these less than 24 hours stay from a transfer desk at the airport. Not sure if they have it still for the general public, especially now that they have that always-fully-booked airside hotel at ICN.

And even the day tours seem to be mostly fully booked.
