Well, the JL/HEL F option uses JL's old 777 (not the new A351). The lounge is AY's OWE lounge without a dedicated F-only dining, there is a la carte (reindeer-beef burger) and a sauna, but JL's check-in for HEL is only from 2 hours40 so there's not that much time. JL F also has no immigration fast track in HND...
