Thanks for responding but the issue is not the amount of the bonus, but the timeframe in which the minimum spend needed to be reached to receive the bonus. I'm looking for a screenshot of the T&C where it said the timeframe was 3 months following card activation. They must've used another reference date than the card activation date in my sister's case, or the bonus would have posted by now.
Not sure what the exact problem is, but didn’t we all get our cards activated at the same time as we had to sign up before a date? What I did notice was that the old M&M card started acting like a gold card in the app, before physically receiving/activating the new card. I got membership points before receiving the card. So maybe it counts 1/11-31/1?
