From reading the description of the PDL-JFK Y service, I assume PDL-BOS will be similar. In the non-Schengen area, does the shop sell bottled water or canned drinks to bring onboard?

Although PDL is a small airport, I would need to go through Passport Control. How early should I arrive? 3 hours if I have bags to check and 2 hours if carryon only.
