All are identical except row 1, which are considered "Mint Suites" and have a bit more space.

AeroLOPA.com (link directly to JetBlue page) has very accurate seat maps for many aircraft across many airlines. It was created by a FlyerTalker, and I'm proud to have personally contributed some of the finer details.
