Michelin Street Food in Singapore

What is your opinion of Tai Hwa Pork Noodle, a Michelin Starred establishment in Singapore?

I am in Singapore in a few days and want to try it but some reviews are off putting. There also seems to be more than one place with the same name but the Starred One is in a hawkers market in Crawford Lane.

Places like this are visited by the TikTok/Instagram generation and many of the reviews reflect this. Jay Fai in Bangkok gets rubbished yet produces one of the great culinary shows of the world and a divine crab omelette. I would value FTers’ opinions.
