The seat padding is the same for all Mint seats. There were padding issues a few years ago when the seats cushions were inflatable airbags (which would sometimes fail), but those were replaced with foam cushions.
I recall the ‘good old’ days of having the massage mode be stuck and be half delirious tired on a redeye and be unsure if you are imagining it or if the seat is actually pushing and prodding you. The seats were also never very comfortable. They were removed some time ago.
