Well looks like 2 Garners are open now. The one in Auburn WA looks to be a former Red Lion conversion. Whats up with that depressing dull gray building exterior? The 2nd one is in Macon West , Gerogia - a former Fairfield Inn. Seems like it's the same hotel with just a signage change. Its the same fairfield rooms and pics. Looks like Garner is just a fast conversion brand for owners looking to switch or if they just want to reflag without expensive renovations. Hilton has spark, ihg has garner - now just waiting for marriott to come out with their economy competitor LOL ! A race to the bottom of the barrel has commenced. Wyndham and Choice shaking in their economy segment boots !
