I don't agree.
If a fare type has a rule that states it has no advanced purchase requirement, yet that fare can NEVER (this being the important word) be purchased withing 1/2/3 days of the flight, irrespective of the true availability, the trade description act should come into play- leaving out relevent information (i.e. this stealth AP rule) is as bad as mis-informing.
