I don't disagree, but from a competition standpoint the meal is in line with UA's free Hawaii meals - UA just plates everything (cold main, fruit plate side, granola bar, bread roll with butter) on an actual tray rather than a box.
No second beverage service on a flight that long though...is just sad.
I have flown MCE and PE on this route, I am low key excited to see how much better the flagship business experience is this fall after flying MCE on the day time flight via dfw on arrival.
