I think that 9 digit number is the reservation in the TAs system (or of the hotel… a lot of hotels have their own reservation system with different numbers). Radisson uses an 8-digit alphanumeric booking code.

I guess you have to ask the TA for the booking code for the Radisson system. If the TA even has it….
