It would be very hard to imagine Delta 360 does not impact your upgrade standing.
With paid F currently at 88%, each subsequent year this will be moot. I highly doubt 360’s are buying Y fares, probably at a minimum W/A/P which is higher on the upgrade list being a different fare bucket from Y.
Appears that purchasing premium fares is the determining factor for 360, rather than the amount of co-branded credit card spend.
