No indication business class "load" is an indication of first class award availability. The load is subjective. ExpertFlyer doesn't indicate load, it indicates the number of individual seats the airline is willing to sell (up to 9). F0 or J0 doesn't indicate first or business class is sold out. The seat map is equally subjective. The new seats are new and problematic. The old seats are old and problematic. To limit issues with seats JAL doesn't appear to sell more than 5 seats in first. Meals in first are limited so if first is empty last minute, first will stay empty. Little indication JAL releases more than one seat in first, or at least not at the same time.
