I just noticed this new pass option today but the most concerning part for me is:
8. It is clarified that the availability of seats does not guarantee availability for redemption of the «Έχω πάει» Pass.
I'm willing to purchase because until the other packages, you have the option to explore various destinations but if I book it and there's no availability even with so many blackout periods, it makes it unusable. This is a major difference between the other Aegean Passes - if there was a seat available, you could book it. I don't get the logic here - if you impose blackout periods, that would tell the consumer that the other dates are OK. Instead, they go further and say - we don't guarantee availability. But you do guarantee that you charge people when they make the purchase - you just don't guarantee they'll be able to use those passes. It's first time I've come across something like that - we guarantee you'll be flying but we don't guarantee it will be when you want to fly. So, what are we paying for - the option to fly at unspecified time? I don't know how to submit feedback on this very troubling language.
