The program was previously called Friends, in that weird kind of Scandi Swenglish that somehow lands incredibly badly to native speakers. I found the previous program to be OK but the kind of typical Scandinavian low expectations type. Thenew one looks like a downgrade. I've been happy with the breakfasts, quality can differ of course. Their attempt at a boutique hotel in Copenhagen, Nørreport is worth the money, but I've never seen a reward night available there.
The way people moan about SK you think they'd recognize how a brand alliance with a peer hotel chain is on brand.
