Breakfast (9:42 AM departure)
A321ceo

Bread: Coffee cake muffin (cold, no butter)
Fruit: Variety of orange and grapefruit

Main: “Bacon and Eggs” - home style potatoes, white cheddar cheese.

This is the new winter breakfast menu out of ATL. The “eggs” are not scrambled, rather, they resemble a “sous vide” style egg patty (think Starbucks egg bites). The white cheddar is melted on top.

This is a pretty boring breakfast and very salty. However, neither of the other options (granola or a “honey bun”) had any protein; complete sugar bombs.

Boston based crew was excellent, as usual.

I had this breakfast a couple of weeks back and it was pretty good. The bacon was really good. Lots of salt, which is hardly unusual in prepared meals in this country much less airline meals.

I have twice had the beef lasagna lately and it was quite good. And chock full of salt, I imagine. But it's not a huge portion so the total salt likely is not that bad.
