and Star Alliance Upgrade Award:The flight segment you are trying to upgrade has not been ticketed.
The flight is booked in Z so it should be upgradeable and NH is referring me back to UA and UA is unable to do anything that is not online...I agree these are first world problems (business -> first) but still, the process is what is frustrating given there is no one truly trying to resolve it.
