As a new member, you will have hit your daily posting limit - but that piece of information was pretty critical for most of the previous answers! Good luck with MIA immigration!
As you are just looking at the return, definitely go via JFK as you can eat in the Chelsea lounge ahead of your night flight back to LHR, ORD's AA Flagship lounge is not as good.
If you wished to stick with MIA on the return, the AA First Dining at MIA is excellent - after any of the lounges, all you will want is a bed in First - and all BA planes offer pretty much the same type of bed in F.
