Just back from a recent stay here and have to say the upthread Elevator Enthusiast review is pretty accurate.
This is a good property with an above average lounge (in N America)
The lounge has amazing views and is very spacious with areas that are busy and others that are quite quiet.
I've found the food is average both for breakfast and in the evening in terms of quality and selection.
Staff are all unionized and mostly long-termers...service is generally good, but YMMV depending on the day.
There is no complimentary booze and drinks are quite expensive...same as the lobby bar if I recall and no generous pours.
