(Very) Tentative RTW itin- is it legal?comments?

Thinking of doing this split between late Summer 2005 and early Summer 2006.
Aim: To visit interesting destinations that are far/expensive to get to from Europe, without having to set foot on the US and deal with their ridiculous visa/security policies.
MPM: 29000. Class: Business. Cost: Hopefully around 2500 GBP + an arm, a leg and a kidney for taxes and charges.

AZ: ZAG-MXP-ACC
AZ: ACC-MXP
OK: MXP-PRG
OK: PRG-YYZ
KE: YYZ-ICN-NRT
KE (preferably NW but they haven't been brought into ST RTW): NRT-ICN-PVG
KE:PVG-ICN
KE: ICN-BOM
DL: BOM-CDG
AF: CDG-ZAG

Didn't go for AF longhauls as I'd only get 50% COS bonus, and don't know when/if the NTC will be consistently available on the routes.
Where can I find some definite info on the exact figures used to calculate mileage?
