Redeemed a couple of tickets on JAL and was promptly locked out- now they need me to visit a QR office- so I went to the one at DAC and they have no clue! Rcvd an email asking me to send the documents via email- but its been 2 weeks now and no progress. Any suggestions to resolve this?
