I have just found out that the easiest way to type Chinese characters is to buy a "Hand-Writing Pad" featuring the free input mode. I am informed that the technologly incorporated with the gadget is already very matured (read: proven and reliable) and the gadget itself does not cost a lot.
Can your guys give me some Websites so I can find more information about "Handing Writing Pad" such as

-how to connect onto the PC.
