Sounds wonderful! I’d be interested to know if that’s standard practice on Alaska.

On my one and only Alaska flight last year, my family of 4 (2 Emeralds, 2 Sapphires) were all seat shifted all over the cabin a few days before departure and we received no special service on the flight at all.

I wonder which of our experiences is the one that’s supposed to happen?
