I’ve recently flown with Alaska Airlines for the first time on a 2 part flight between Chicago and Anchorage and was very impressed to be recognised by name and offered a nice little chocolate bar as an OW Sapphire ( I’m Silver on BA)
I found it a lovely gesture and it was very much on brand with the warm service I experienced with them. 2 drink services on a 3 hours flight, with any drink you like including booze and a different snack each time … Call me impressed!
